Rubber lined control diaphragm valve consists of multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and diaphragm valve.The diaphragm valve body is smoothly flowed, the throttle element is an elastic diaphragm, and there is no stuffing box on the valve bonnet. Therefore, the valve circulation capacity is larger than the general control valve and there is no leakage, and control diaphragm valve can be used as a shut-off valve within the allowable pressure difference range. The lined control diaphragm valve is suitable for these occasions: high viscosity fluids, suspended particles, fibrous media and toxic media, corrosive medium.
1. Corrosion resistance: It is resistant to corrosion of all medium (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia);
2. Good sealing performance: there is no stuffing box on the bonnet to ensure no leakage;
3. Small leakage: since the valve plug and valve seat are soft sealed,the leakage is low;
4. With multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator,the output torque is large and the structure is compact.
