Plug valves are valves with round or conically tapered "plugs" which may be rotated within the valve body to manage flow with the valve. The plugs in plug valves have a number of hollow passageways going sideways with the plug, to ensure that fluid can flow with the plug once the valve is open. Plug valves are pretty straight forward and frequently economical.
Overview
Metal Seated Lift Plug Valve is relevant towards the cutting and connection of pipelines medium that turned on in a variety of industries as oil, chemical industry, pharmacy, chemical fertilizer, power industry etc. under nominal pressure of CLASS150-1500 LbsS, and dealing temperature of -29~550°C.
a. The merchandise has reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and delightful appearance.
b. Frequent lowering and raising from the valve is transported out as the sealed surface is removed so it won't cause abrasion around the sealed surface.
c. The Plug valves's characteristic double-direction flow makes installation and employ easier.

When the lift plug valve comes to procedure for frequent lowering and raising from the valve, when opening the valve, to begin with, turn the hands wheel to help make the plug lifted and separated using the sealed surface, then turn the handle by 900 to help make the funnel of plug towards the funnel of valve body, so the valve is opened up when closing the valve, to begin with, turn the handle by 900 to help make the funnel of plug vertical towards the funnel of valve body, after which turn the hands wheel to descend the plug, so the valve is closed.
